Been there, done that?
Does anyone have advice on how to get started from scratch? I know I need a good business plan/concept to get others on board. I also need to confidentiality agreement made up for possible investors.. The question is how do I go about getting the assistance to accomplish these things?

Picnik, which first started in 2005, has become a popular online alternative to image-editing software such as Photoshop. While not as feature-rich as its desktop counterparts, its user experience, simplicity and upbeat design have helped it gain nearly two million monthly U.S. visitors, according to Compete.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Picnik will remain up and operational, at least for the foreseeable future. It’s very possible that Google could turn Picnik into part of its Google Apps suite, though Google hasn’t announced its plans for the image editing tool.
Google has been on an acquisition spree in recent months. This month alone, Google acquired Aardvar, a social search startup, and purchased reMail, a mobile e-mail utility app.
